Access User Data – With a little help from the World Wide Web, we can use the World Wide Web to cater to one of the most pressing needs of today’s world: Have an Internet site that is going to allow people all over the world to go in and see what is available on offer here, and then be able to shop for what they require. For the greatest of good, of course. Even if we were able to build it as described, there would be one slight problem. The problem is that information would be flooded, to put it mildly, with the many options for viewing a page as this would increase the loading time so dramatically that the novelty factor would be lost.
How do we solve this problem? We could have another page on another web site, displaying all the relevant information, and it would be completely self-sufficient. Alternatively we could use the existing web site, and the existing code base, so that anyoneregardless of technical knowledge could follow it and create their own version.
These self-sufficient systems either won’t do without a help from the already written software (eg easy modifications for data entry), or they will require some kind of technical knowledge to use. Either way, either way we would need some kind ofvisio-like”business card” program that could be installed and follow the business owner’s instructions exactly (eg the creation of an address book that can be loaded with carrier information automatically). At a guess I’d say that the majority of sites will want this and most of the time will use template based web pages to avoid having to programmers the program themselves.
The more Visio-like the site, the better. Here is a list of web templates that could be used
Websites are evolving. We will continue to see improved technologies and more and more options offered to users and theoperating system developer. These technologies will be able to adjust to the user’s needs and results and thereby offer an evolving list of templates that can be used.
Portability – the user now has the choice of being able to use this information on any Web-design available. Some sites are able to use standard HTML and although Visio can be used without the proprietary software it is better to purchase a template that can be used by other software such as Photoshop, Excel or Word. Standard HTML is a list of tags that are read by computers when they display web pages. Visio can read these tags but when a new page is opened these tags are not read and the page gets displayed as is. The user can, however, use tags to make improvements to the page. Tag customisation enables the user to add, edit, delete, addubric, change themeat of the tag and change the font. Backup tags allow the user to duplicate the information that does not have a standalone place on the page Access User Data.
Access User Data
To conclude, it would appear that the best approach is to create a standard template and perhaps adopt someVisio-like” templates” that you can modify to suit your own situations. When you can easily include pictures (in PhotoFilter), you make life easier (Picture Manager). When you can use forms (in form editor) you gain more control over your site (error management). When you can compare and contrast data (in report writer) you will notice that regulations are not being met (outline).
Last, but not least, we have our colleagues! Why not get all of your requirements in one place and let someone else deal with the details like configuration, testing Access User Data, Mil stock, normalisation, whatever? You can invest some time in Customising a template so that it may be palatable to everyone. Templates are like living documents that are a guaranteed saver when it comes time to go shopping for a new phone cases.
